About this Training
Eternal Flow Basic Aquatic Therapy is a somatic aquatic bodywork technique that facilitates deep healing by shifting the nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic state.

This certified practitioner training provides a solid foundation for those who want to master aquatic therapy from scratch. Thanks to the Triple Variation System, working with different body types becomes easier:

• Traumatized or disabled bodies
• Bodies with muscular tension and stiffness
• Physically healthy and balanced individuals

Training Content

• Somatic, bodily, and energetic practices underwater, on the surface, and on land
• 80% practical – 20% theoretical learning
• Training in Turkish and English (translation support provided)

Additionally:

• Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound journeys, sound activation, and aquatic Tai Chi
• Training will take place both in the magical ocean of Koh Samui and in a warm therapy pool

What You Will Learn

• Aquatic therapy movements that regulate the nervous system
• Techniques for performing bodily work in water
• Somatic awareness and intuitive touch skills
• How to professionally apply the Eternal Flow technique in one-on-one sessions

Upon graduation, you will gain the qualification to offer individual sessions.
