For wellness enthusiasts, yoga teachers, therapists, or anyone curious about how sound influences the body and mind.

Watsu& Vibrational Sound in Water

An immersive journey into the healing intelligence of water. This workshop introduces participants to integrative aquatic therapy, combining the fluid continuity of Eternal Flow with the deeply nurturing principles of Watsu. In warm water, the body is gently supported, allowing the nervous system to soften, fascia to release, and breathe to deepen naturally.

You’ll explore:

•⁠ ⁠Trauma-sensitive holding and safe support
•⁠ ⁠Fascia unwinding and spinal decompression
•⁠ ⁠Flow-based transitions and intuitive movement
•⁠ ⁠The integration of sound healing in water

Participants will also experience the subtle yet powerful effect of Tibetan singing bowls and therapeutic vibrations in water. Sound travels up to four times faster in water than in air, allowing frequencies to be perceived not only through the ears, but through the entire body. The combination of buoyancy and vibration supports deep parasympathetic activation, emotional release, and profound states of inner stillness.

Water becomes a co-therapist — and sound becomes the bridge between body, breath, and consciousness.

Certified by ISTA, IOCE, IASH, Tone of life, Tibetan Golden Temple Centre, she provides Sound Therapy sessions using a unique combination of ancient holistic and modern scientific knowledge and teachings.

She also has Master level Reiki, and certification in Trauma Awareness by UNION Trauma Recovery Institute. Keep learning in International Musical Academy of flute Bansuri in Delhi, India.

Official instructor of Eternal Flow Somatic Aqua Bodywork and Watsu Water Therapy Practitioner.

A wide deep background helps her to design custom Sound Healing and Sound Trauma Recovery Therapy sessions and courses.

Svetlana is a founder of Shantika Integrative Complementary Therapies Academy, providing sessions and certification courses for worldwide famous luxury and wellness resorts and Yoga Centres. Her students open their Sound Healing Studios all over the world – in the USA, Germany, Thailand, Australia, Canada, England, South America & Hong Kong.
