Foundation 3-Day Certified Sound Healing Training

This immersive foundation training introduces participants to the art and science of sound therapy through an evidence-informed and trauma-aware approach.

Over three days, you will learn how therapeutic sound influences the brain, nervous system, and emotional regulation while developing practical skills to confidently facilitate structured sound healing sessions.

The program integrates principles from psychoacoustics, brainwave entrainment, and autonomic nervous system regulation with experiential learning and daily practice.

Educational Curriculum
You will explore:

• Techniques with gongs, crystal bowls, and Himalayan (Tibetan) bowls
• Foundations of Sound Therapy: connection between sound frequencies, brainwave states (alpha, theta), and nervous system regulation
• Basic neurophysiology of stress and relaxation response
• Energy balancing models (chakra system) interpreted through psychophysiological frameworks
• Vibroacoustic massage with Tibetan bowls and its effect on fascia, circulation, and somatic awareness
• Trauma awareness in Sound Therapy: safety, grounding techniques, and client sensitivity
• Designing structured sound journeys for specific cases such as stress, anxiety, sleep imbalance, emotional fatigue, and burnout

Certified by ISTA, IOCE, IASH, Tone of life, Tibetan Golden Temple Centre, she provides Sound Therapy sessions using a unique combination of ancient holistic and modern scientific knowledge and teachings.

She also has Master level Reiki, and certification in Trauma Awareness by UNION Trauma Recovery Institute. Keep learning in International Musical Academy of flute Bansuri in Delhi, India.

Official instructor of Eternal Flow Somatic Aqua Bodywork and Watsu Water Therapy Practitioner.

Her students open their Sound Healing Studios all over the world – in the USA, Germany, Thailand, Australia, Canada, England, South America & Hong Kong.
