  • Yoshi: Trauma aware principles & handpan journey
Dr. Yoshi is a Japan-trained medical doctor with a background in psychiatry. Through years of clinical experience, she came to recognize that many modern mental health challenges cannot always be resolved through medication alone.

Alongside her work as an occupational physician and online counselor, she supports many people each month who are navigating stress, emotional challenges, and the demands of everyday life. Her approach is holistic and mindful, integrating mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

Her philosophy is beautifully reflected in the principles:
    “Meditation over medication.”
    “Movement and nutrition as prescription.”

After volunteering in communities affected by the major earthquake in Japan in 2024, Dr. Yoshi felt inspired to explore deeper, non-verbal approaches to healing. This journey led her to sound therapy, where she discovered the profound ability of vibration and music to create calm, connection, and inner restoration beyond words.

Today she continues to deepen her practice of the handpan, sharing its gentle and meditative sounds as an accessible tool for relaxation, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.

Her offerings beautifully weave together Kundalini Yoga, meditation, mantra, conscious movement, and voice activation, creating a safe and inspiring space where participants can cultivate presence, inner balance, and heartfelt self-expression.

With warmth, sensitivity, and an open heart, Kathrin has a unique gift for bringing people together in genuine connection—with themselves, with one another, and with life itself.
